You are indeed protected for 10 years by what is called the ten-year guarantee: as a constructor, we have the obligation to repair any deterioration linked to a possible defect, and which would compromise the solidity of the building.

You also benefit from the biennial guarantee which protects you concerning the equipment of your apartment. In the event of defective equipment (electrical appliances, coatings, fittings), the manufacturer is required to change all the elements concerned

REDUCED NOTARY FEEs

You benefit of course from reduced notary fees, up to a maximum of 3% of the sale price (compared to 8% for existing buildings). Another benefit is that you can also take advantage of certain advantageous tax statuses: the Pinel system in certain regions if you rent your apartment.
