Informations chantier :
L'exploitation de l'hôtel La Bergerie étant à présent terminée, nous avons
enfin pu effectuer les sondages et prélèvements préalables à la déconstruction
du bâtiment existant et il semble qu'il y ait de l'amiante. Nous attendons les
résultats officiels du laboratoire.
Nous allons ensuite pouvoir mettre en œuvre le processus obligatoire dans le
cadre de la déconstruction d'un bâtiment contenant de l'amiante.
Il s'agit d'un plan de
retrait officiel qui doit être communiqué aux différents organismes et
institutions un mois avant le début des travaux de désamiantage.
Une fois le protocole
du plan de retrait validé, les travaux de désamiantage peuvent démarrer.
Compte tenu du calendrier, cela nous amènera, au terme de ce mois d'instruction
du plan de retrait, sur les congés d'été du bâtiment. Les travaux de démolition
vont donc démarrer effectivement à la fin de l'été.
Cela n'aura toutefois
pas d'impact majeur sur le calendrier prévisionnel de la réalisation des
travaux qui maintient une livraison au 2ème semestre 2026 grâce à une gestion
des artisans en cohabitation sur certaines phases du chantier.
Informations notaire :
Les actes de vente pourront se signer concomitemment au démarrage des travaux.
Le notaire prendra attache avec vous à la fin de l'été et vous adressera le
projet d'acte de vente ainsi que le projet de règlement de copropriété, pour lecture.
Vous pourrez ensuite organiser une date de signature.

As you are aware, there is a hotel on the site and now this has officially
closed, we have been able to carry out the relevant surveys and take samples of
the two buildings in order to prepare for the demolition. The tests have come
back with there being asbestos present and therefore we are now awaiting the
official lab results as to what extent this is in order for the companies to
prepare for the removal.
When we know the results, we can then implement the mandatory process in
the context of the deconstruction of a building containing asbestos.
This is an official removal plan which must be communicated to the various
organizations and institutions one month before the start of the asbestos
removal work.
Once the removal plan protocol has been validated, the asbestos removal
work can begin.
Regarding timing, we expect this removal plan to be validated by the end of
July and therefore the demolition timeline will begin at the end of summer.
This will not have a major impact on the provisional schedule for the final
completion of the works, which maintains delivery in the second half of
2026 and therefore we are still on track and all the teams are in place.
Notary information :
The deeds of sale will be ready to sign when we have officially started the
works.
The notary will get in touch with you at the end of the summer and will send
you the draft deed of sale as well as the draft co-ownership regulations, for
reading. You can then arrange a signing date. We will update you again closer
to the time.
